Step into the home and be greeted by a spacious, open interior designed for comfort and connection. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly, creating an inviting space for shared meals and downtime after a day in the sun. Seven thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including two bunk rooms perfect for children, provide plenty of room for everyone to unwind, offering both privacy and convenience for larger groups.

Outdoors, the private backyard is designed for total relaxation, featuring a refreshing private pool, a covered patio and shaded dining area, and cozy loungers surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests also enjoy access to Destiny West’s community amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, and half-court basketball. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a center island bar with 7 bar stools.

Dining Room: Located across from the kitchen and bar is the dining room. Enjoy your family meals at this large, handmade table that seats 12 people. Not only can you see the TV from this space, but it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

Living Room: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, 4K flat-screen TV.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #2: Located on the first floor (across from Bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Half Bath #6: This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry with granite countertops.

Laundry Room: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

Backyard: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private saltwater pool. The lush backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6. Plenty of lounge chairs, a hammock, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: You have bedroom number three up the stairs and to the right. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2-night stands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. You will find that it has access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard, pool, and lake behind the house. This backyard balcony has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, with a coffee table.

Bedroom #4: This room is adjacent to Bedroom #3, in the back of the house. But rather than calling this a bedroom, it would be more appropriate to call it a hangout zone! It has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-size couch, a flat-screen TV, and access to the same balcony as Bedroom #3 with lake views!

Bedroom #5 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #6.

Bathroom #4 (Jack-and-Jill)): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two vanities and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #6: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2-night stands, accent chair, a flat-screen TV, and access to the large balcony off the front of the home! It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5).

Bedroom #7 + Bathroom #5: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a large king-size canopy bed, dresser, 2-night stands, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower and access to the front balcony.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
