About this property

Lovely, serene studio apartment close to downtown and Biltmore Village.

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.
The space
Conveniently located close to all of Asheville's attractions yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The apartment is below our home but has its own private entrance. It is stocked with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, and silverware. We also offer filtered water, award-winning locally roasted Mountain Air coffee, and snack bars. We provide a TV with Google Chromecast to connect to all your favorite streaming apps. It's the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Asheville.
Other things to note
We keep an immaculately clean, hypoallergenic space and do not allow pets under any circumstances. Please do not ask us to make an exception. Thank you for understanding 😁
