If you are looking for an authentic island get away. I including the PR neighborhood life style, Casa de Rio is exactly what you are looking for. Located 10 minutes from BQN Airport in a small town. 5 minute walk to Peña Blanca a quiet beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive to Crash Boat beach. For all of you surfers looking to take a surfing vacation. 5 minute walk to pressure point, 5 minute drive to Wilderness and a 10 minute drive to Surfers beach. Also located within a short drive to multiple restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. Not to mention amazing sunset into the ocean.

Why they chose this property
It is an authentic Puerto Rico community. Neighbors are festive and welcoming. It is a rural area with stores and restaurants accessible. Close to the airport and the beach.
What makes this property unique
It’s a Pintoresca house. Full of color and wild life. Plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends and it is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to a beautiful beach but still is not a touristic trap at all.
