Main Bedroom: king size bed, high ceilings with skylights, French door sliders that lead out to the backyard. Flat screen TV with cable.

Main Bedroom Private Bathroom “The Spa Room”: double sink vanity, luxury soaking bathtub, private sauna room, walk-in shower stall and private toilet room.

Second Bedroom: king size bed, located in the frontage right side of home, French slider door that leads out to a charming old-world Juliet balcony. Flat screen with TV with cable. Bright and sunny room with a spacious closet.

Second Full Bathroom: large walk-in shower stall, large vanity sink area.

Third Bedroom: king size bed, located in the frontage right side of home, French slider door that leads out to a charming old-world Juliet balcony. Flat screen with TV with cable. Bright and sunny room with a spacious closet.

Third Full Bathroom: shower stall, large vanity sink area.

Bonus Room with Murphy Bed: office setting with space saving full size Murphy bed. Please note there is a private bedroom door. The room has an open accent detail that opens to the hallway ceiling.

Kitchen: high vaulted ceilings, beautifully designed Chef’s kitchen. Dual ovens, gas range, and butcher block island. Great for entertaining your family and guests. Bar height seating for three.

Dining Room: dining room table with seating for eight, wood burning fireplace, French glass sliding door that leads out to the backyard. High vaulted ceiling with skylights. Connected to the kitchen.

Living Room: high vaulted ceilings with multiple skylights…lots of sunlight throughout, French glass sliding door that leads to the backyard. Flat screen TV with cable. Connected to the open dining room.

Sitting/Library Room: located next to the front entry area. High vaulted ceilings with gas fireplace. Perfect for snuggling up to read a book next to the warm fireplace.

Terrace: My favorite area of the property! From the sitting/library room, beautiful French doors open out and lead to the romantic terrace patio. Bistro wrought iron table, seating for four with umbrella. Lush plants surrounding the terrace.

Laundry Room: energy saving stackable front-loading washer and dryer. Located next to the kitchen.

Outdoor side patio: gas firepit, wrought iron patio furniture, large gas grill, and heater lamp.

Pebble Beach Perfection

We had an amazing stay at Casa al Mare. We walked down to the beach every day and enjoyed relaxing in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the home. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the dining and living area were cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were incredibly spacious as well. This house is only ten minutes from both Carmel and Monterey, so you can easily visit both locations. We would most definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful but there was an issue with bugs that were coming into the house at both family room sliding glass doors as we kept these open for parts of the day due to there not being any AC in the house.
