Unwind in our quiet and peaceful backyard with a pool and open air patio or enjoy a movie inside on the 75” TV with plenty of seating.

A nice peaceful and quiet older neighborhood with a nice open fenced in backyard.
Access to plenty of shopping. A quick half hour away shops and amazing restaurants in St. John’s town center. We are also located 20 minutes from additional towns with amazing restaurants.
A 30 minute drive to Jacksonville Beaches and a 40 minute drive to Amelia Island beaches.
BIG PLUS-this home is conveniently located 8 minutes from Jacksonville airport and 10 minutes from the Jacksonville zoo.
The house is equipped with an alarm that is available for use to renters.

We reside in Massachusetts. Bought this house when my husband was working and living away from home during Covid. We didn’t want to sell when he moved back home :)

Why they chose this property

We chose this house because it had a pool. It’s so convent 8 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the Zoo and 30-40 minutes from beaches.

What makes this property unique

I love our home because it’s quaint and the neighborhood is slightly older (well kept) so it’s nice and quiet. It’s way access to beaches, shops and all sorts of dining. And I’ve always wanted a pool!
