#2- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand at road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Linens and towels NOT provided. Parking for 1 car. $20 fee per night, per pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

Peaceful getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. A short walk to the Perry beach and the SLI park. It was perfect for the little getaway for us and our pup.

Would love to come back!

We came to the area for a window restoration class at nearby Silver Lake Institute and we would definitely consider coming to visit again. This is a perfect little rental, and great value, exactly as described in an adorable town. Letchworth was beautiful. We loved the Charcoal Corral. One of 5 units, I would consider renting any of them, they were all cute!

The closeness to the lake and the neighboring houses gave a good feeling of a holiday village. Perry, the neighboring town had very little facilities. Even a simple supermarket was hard to find. Our stay was one night. too short to enjoy the place. I recommend at least 2 nights and to bring anything you need to enjoy the lake.

No Lakeview, fan in bedroom useless. Too small and too high up. No frying pan, no dish brush, no cutting board. Lighter for gas stove hidden in drawer. TV not working unless you have ROKU pass code or you, for some reason, bring your own passwords for streaming services. Host giving incorrect/irrelevant answers to my questions.

Birthday Get Away

Excellent. Easy. Comfortable. I wanted to make smores for my birthday with a campfire, but it rained. Can't mess with mother nature. I'll live. Everything was there and ready, fire pit, wood (sold on the street in front of our location), chairs, and heart. Except mother nature said nope, not tonight.
