Welcome to Sunset Seaclusion at Sunset Beach!

We are excited to share our bright and newly updated 2nd floor unit (top floor) that overlooks hole #4 on the Piper golf course.
If you're looking for a beautiful beach retreat that won't break the bank, we've got your vacation property. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood in Sandpiper Bay that's only 6.5 miles to toes in the sand at Sunset Beach and 7.8 miles to Ocean Isle Beach. Golfers can choose from three 9-hole golf courses on the property: Sand, Piper and Bay. There are multiple public golf courses located within a few miles.

Be one of the first guests to enjoy a complete remodel including new furniture, mattresses, light fixtures, faucets, windows and all new paint. Enjoy an open concept living, dining and kitchen space with cathedral ceiling. The living space has lots of windows with views of the pond and golf course. The table seats 6 with additional bar stools for 4.
The screened porch offers the serenity of pond views and wildlife. 4 Roku smart TVs, DVD player and movies are available. The primary bedroom offers a sliding door to the screened porch, walk-in closet and private bath with shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, closet and full size dresser. Bedroom 3 offers a full and twin bed with closet. Full-sized washer and dryer are located in the 2nd bathroom. Linens including sheets and towel are provided. VRBO now labels the cleaning fee as a Host Fee so if you book, you'll see a Host Fee that's used for the cleaning service.

Community pools: There are (2) pools and (2) hot tubs in the neighborhood and both are a short walk away.

Calabash, known as "the seafood capital of the world", is less than a 5 mile drive. It has multiple restaurants located on Calabash Creek and several cute shops including Callahans gift shop. North Myrtle Beach is 13 miles and Barefoot Landing is 18 miles away.
The very popular Broadway at the Beach is 28 miles and historical downtown Wilmington is less than 1 hour. Our condo is centrally located to lots of great restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities making it suitable for a family with kids or those on a fishing, golf or sports outing!

The location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts thought of everything you might possibly need to make your stay enjoyable.

Great stay!

Beautiful and very clean! The condo had everything we needed and I liked that the kitchen was fully stocked, even the pantry. The light switches were labeled which was really cool. We liked that the condo was right on the pond and we enjoyed the birds and turtles from the screened porch. We enjoyed the close drive to the beach, Calabash and North Myrtle.

I honestly cannot say enough about this place. The minute I walked in I was in awe of how nice everything looked & it was very clean. As a mom I also have to say that there was plenty of access to items you may have forgotten. I felt like I overpacked because so much was made available to us. It truly felt like home away from home. Home away from home!

We had a great week at the condo and Sunset Beach. We had everything we needed and more - I actually think the kitchen is better stocked than mine at home! It was clean, pretty - comfortable beds and plenty of room! Pierre and April are quick to reply to any questions if you need them. The covered deck was peaceful and private and a nice place to relax - we had dinner out there a few times during the week. Short walk to the pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed! We love Sunset Beach and hope to be back soon - would definitely rebook here - its a great condo!

Family Getaway

What an awesome, relaxing long weekend with family. The condo was a perfect space with an open concept to enjoy socializing and catching up with family. This 3 BDR 2 BA condo is decorated so nicely with such a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is stocked very nicely for most any needs when cooking. The towels and linen being provided is also a great option. There is plenty of seating in the family room along with the dining room table and the stools at the bar.

Family Vacation

Great place for our family vacation. We had three adults and four kids. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. It was 15 minutes from Sunset Beach. There was a pool very close where the kids could swim. There was also a pond right behind the condo and the kids enjoyed fishing there. There were beach chairs and water toys for the kids to use in the storage room. Nice selection of games and movies. I liked that everything was labeled and well organized. The host responded quickly to my questions. Would like to stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Wow! This newly updated, modem condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was pristinely clean and we loved all the new furniture! It was closer to the beach than we thought and very convenient to Calabash and North Myrtle Beach. We had a short stay but will definitely be back this summer to enjoy the pools. The screened porch was so peaceful and we loved watching the egrets and birds in the pond. My husband loved the new recliner! We’ve visited Sunset for several years and this condo is by far our best stay. The owners were very responsive and check in was seamless with the keyless door entry.

We are excited to share our home with you and hope that you love it as much as we do! We purchased our first condo in 2021 after a vast search along the NC coast. We had great success renting via VRBO and always had very happy guests. We have since sold that one and just purchased this 3 bedroom condo at Sandpiper.
We chose the Sunset Beach area because it's lovely, quaint and does not have a big city feel. However, a short drive takes you to either Wilmington or Myrtle Beach and both areas offer a vast amount of restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

As a NC native, I have always loved the beach! I attended college at UNC-Wilmington and fell in love with our southern beaches and the surrounding area. Pierre grew up in Massachusetts and attended Roger Williams University on the coast of Rhode Island. We have both been fortunate to live near the ocean but having tipped my toes in the waters in the northern states, I assure you that the NC beaches are much better!

We live in the Raleigh, NC area. Our state offers the beauty of being able to get to the beach or mountains within just a few hours. We much prefer the warmth of the coast.
The condo represents our desire to provide our renters with a comfortable, relaxing, organized and meticulously clean home to enjoy your vacation. We are happy to answer your questions or address any concerns that you may have.

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach, and it's central to numerous local attractions, restaurants and a short drive to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

What makes this property unique

Sunset Seaclusion is brand new with modern updates and beautiful furnishings! It truly is a lovely retreat for a short weekend or extended stay! The screened porch is south facing and has a peaceful view of the pond and golf course. You can sit for hours in the new adirondak chairs or enjoy beverages at the bistro table on the porch. The condo has undergone a total update since our purchase this past fall. The property has all new paint, modern light fixtures and faucets, all new hardware, door handles and new flooring in the primary bedroom. The furniture is new and comfortable. The mattresses are new and sealed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with an array of dishes, cookware, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, toaster oven, mixer and griddle.
We love our beach home and are certain that as our guest, you will have all of the amenities to ensure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable!
