Peaceful surroundings, quiet, easy to relax with private fishing dock. Beautiful deck with gas grill, six cushioned seat hightop outdoor table, enjoy waterfront mountain views. Warm n cozy Great Rm with rustic gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 8+. Views everywhere of the beautiful lake and the Rocky Mountains... Family friendly!
Downstairs is the Primary suite w/King bed, upstairs; the guest room has a Queen and a twin bed and the other room has Queen & Full beds .
Our home is equipped the everything you will need to have an amazing time in Pagosa Springs. Hot Tub on site
Activities are endless with Mountain winter sports at Wolf Creek Ski Resort, Snow mobiles,Skiing/Snowboarding/Cross county, Summertime tubing on the rivers, endless fishing spots from mountain lakes or the lake in the backyard, to winding rivers running thru town, Hot Springs are famous for "The Healing Waters."Hot air ballon rides. There are so many great golf courses. Plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy. Our home give you access to the Recreational Center with heated indoor pool and spa and full work out facility . The bike trails are endless, the hiking trails can lead to really majestic waterfalls and mountain lakes surrounded by Ponderosa Pines.
