Brand new construction 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bath custom built home with fabulous gulf views and bay views. Identical property next door makes it perfect for large groups of friends or family. Or to rent individually. Beautifully custom decorated and outfitted with all anyone would need for the perfect beach vacation. These houses have a pool each, a hot tub each and both have elevators. Just a short walk to the beach with easy access.
