Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is located on the free shuttle route, it is also just a 12 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. This is an extremely spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a loft with views to Mt Baldy.
Recently refreshed with new living room furniture and flooring and paint throughout the unit. A brand new hot tub was put in on the private patio as well. This is the perfect place to bring the family, relax after skiing by the fire or in the hot tub and not feel cramped in a tiny space! The Corral is a desired location where you can catch a shuttle from the airport to town and walk or take the free town bus everywhere else.
All guests can enjoy the very large outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Location is great and close to everything. The condo was well stocked and the office staff is friendly. The fireplace is nice for cozy vibes! Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Walking distance to Quicksilver lift which was great because we had several beginners and lessons were right there. Right off Main Street for shops and restaurants too. Well equipped kitchen and great hot tub! We used the hot tub every day after skiing. The only real drawback was the fact we had to go to a different location (not walking distance with luggage) to pick up the keys. Luckily our van service from Denver didn’t mind stopping on the way in and way out to pick up/drop off keys. A key code door entry like most rentals have would be so much better! The master bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable but we were so exhausted it didn’t matter too much. Overall a great rental!

Sorry for the inconvenience with the off-site key pickup — we understand that’s not ideal with luggage. We are slowly moving as many units as possible to remote check-ins, but we still have some that require keys.

Great location. Very clean with plenty of space. Having the hot tub on the deck was a big plus with two kids. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Location is perfect and the home was exactly as expected. Very clean and in great condition. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax after skiing. Would definitely stay here again.
It was close to everything, very convenient for a Breckinridge ski trip. Clean and comfortable, great place to come relax after a long day on the slopes.
We parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it. We were able to walk to Quicksilver chairlift and walk into town. Hot tub was perfect for apre ski. We ate dinner in most nights and they had all appliances and utensils we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed this condo. Came back to Breck with now my adult kids after years of coming when they were little. Always an awesome time here. The stairs up were a lot for the master bed and bathroom but if you have no problem with them it is nice for privacy. Beds are comfortable and clean. Grateful for coffeemaker and hot tub. Even though the lift was near, it might be a tough walk after a long day of skiing or boarding, and can't do it in ski boots. We walked to town with no problem and enjoyed the shops and coffee and ice cream. Loved this place and would definitely return!
This property was exactly as described. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a couple long days on the slopes. The property was clean and up to date. Most importantly, the location was within walking distance of nearly everything Breckenridge has to offer. We will definitely consider staying again. Thank you.

Great stay, would have liked the check in process better if the doors had cypher locks and a code that could be texted/emailed vice having to go get real keys. Or have the Corral check in office on property.

I’ve stayed in this property before. Our primary reason is location and private hot tub as we hike. The property was great except we couldn’t use the hot tub as it was green and low on water. It was fixed the next day but too late for our hiking. Checkin process needs to be more clear on keys being left for pickup.
Property was clean, easily accessed, and everything worked as advertised -- only one complaint -- view of Sinclair station was not known and somewhat disappointing since photos carefully avoided the full view, but the property worked well for our family. You didn't ask about value -- i do think its overpriced.

Regarding the view of the photos - these photos do reflect the actual view of the condo, as it faces the Baldy Mountain toward the east, in addition to the local gas station. However, the gas station does not obstruct the view. Great location
Great location. Management company gave us a parking pass that expired in a two hour window the day after arrival (late arrival) to make sure we came back to pay a damage waiver fee which had already been purchased from VRBO. VRBO needs to communicate that purchase or customers will be charged twice.
Sleeper sofa really uncomfortable, don't plan on using it even for a child (they will end up in another bed it's that uncomfortable).
Otherwise, once damage insurance/waiver fee was sorted and we replaced the parking pass all was good!

We require all of our guests to check in with us at our Main Street office to ensure that all paperwork is signed and so we can provide keys. This is a service that we provide to our homeowners to ensure that we cover all rental information with our guests for them to enjoy their stay and for our homes to be protected. In regards to the Damage Waiver - if a guest has already purchased this through VRBO, we do not require the guest to have an authorization or Damage Waiver with us. Thank you for the feedback on the sleeper sofa - we will be sure to share this with the homeowners to replace that bed.
We absolutely loved our stay. Our only issue was that the unit was hot when we first entered. When we learned there was no AC in the county, we opened windows and hunted for fans. That was a satisfactory arrangement, but only two fans worked. We called, and they said two more fans would be delivered within 30 minutes. The fans were never delivered. I called two more times and left messages. That is why I gave communications only three starts. That unit needs four working fans.

Improvements to make stay nice
There is an unnecessary step in the check-in and check out process at this property. There should be a key pad lock on the door. You must pick up a key at another location and when you check out, you must drop the keys off at that same location making the check-in and checkout process more difficult.
The property is under stocked with the most basic of supplies like aluminum foil, baggies, garbage bags and potholders in the kitchen. There is also an outdated coffee machine and old, but usable and clean appliances. One of the guests said the mattress on the king size bed was saggy and needed to be replaced. We were provided with enough towels, but not enough wash clothes or hand towels and also the shower heads did not disperse water properly.
The property is close to downtown, but not as stated that it was in the middle of town. Our overall stay was nice, but could have been made much nicer with a few changes.

Unfortunately many HOA's in the area still insist all the units have keys, but we make the check in as pleasant (and brief) as possible. Next time we'll be sure to stock more kitchen towels.
We usually stay at the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge but decided on this place because of the number of family members coming with us. It's just a short walk to Charter Sports to rent ski equipment and get straight to the lift. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived because the water level was low. Also, the WiFi wasn't working while we were there, but the management team found us a workaround so it wasn't a huge issue. Would have loved to have humidifiers in each room. Clean, great location, and all around great stay.
This was a great place, a few minutes walk to quicksilver lift and to downtown. It was clean and well equiped with good beds and comfortable seating for our group of 6 in dining and living area. We will be back!
(Could use an updated coffee machine... we brought our Keurig :)
