Enjoy a relaxing visit at our “On Lake Time” condo, located in Kimberling City, MO on Table Rock Lake. We are 18 miles from Branson, 11 miles from Dogwood Canyon, and 9 miles to Silver Dollar City. After enjoying our local attractions and wonderful scenery, come relax in our updated retreat with amazing views of the Kimberling City bridge stretching across Table Rock Lake. We have everything you will need to feel right at home. Enjoy breathtaking views on the deck, you will not be disappointed!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Make sure all windows and sliding glass doors are closed and locked.
* Make sure lights and bathroom exhaust fans are shut off.
* Remove the bedding from used beds and leave on floor.
* If heat was on, turn thermostat down to 65 degrees; if air conditioning was on, turn thermostat up to 75 degrees.
* Run the garbage disposal to wash down any remaining food.
* Please double check that you have all your belongings. There will be an additional $80 fee to retrieve belongings, plus mailing costs.
* Finally, make sure the main door stays locked when shut.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
