Great location and view

Love the view and location of Condo Terry was very responsive and everything was just as described Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the beach and just far enough from downtown area to enjoy peace and quiet.

Great views from the balcony!

The 4th floor balcony gave us great views of the sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurants are close by and serve great food! We came here last year and everything was so great we came back again this year. Thank you Terry for being a great host! We would like to come again!

Clean and well-stocked condo with wonderful view

The property was just as described and Terry's Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. There were ample linens, the unit was well stocked and very clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. The balcony was delightful. The rental agency was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay with them again and recommend them to others.

We loved being right on the beach. Our view was fabulous. The balcony was a great size with comfortable seating. Inside was comfortable and clean. We had one question about parking and got our answer immediately by text. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in this unit! The location & proximity to the beach was fantastic. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the beach! (Probably our favorite part) The unit stayed nice & cool inside. Everything worked as it should. A few minor things we noticed like the bedroom sliding doors aren’t as easy to open as the main living room sliding doors. The beds seemed a little firm for our liking but surprisingly didn’t hurt our back and we woke up well rested everyday. Crystal Shores West overall has great amenities and is well kept. They have rolling carts available for carrying luggage etc up & down to your room from the parking garage. The indoor/outdoor pool area was clean and the ramp walking out to the beach was nice and had plenty of rinsing stations & places to put your shoes and beach stuff if you wanted. Loved that! We would definitely stay here again! Terry was great host & communicated well. Thank you!

Have stayed in CSE for years and this was the first time in West. I thought it was nicer. I appreciated the door lock/code, the condo and view were great and like the parking better. Will definitely stay in CSW next year!

This room was exactly what was advertised. We originally booked a hotel suite a few miles away and found this condo.We have three boys 14,12, and 11yrs old, and this worked great with their growing need for space.Separate spaces for mom and dad and enough sleeping space for the boys.All the beds were comfortable and the living space was more than enough.The view was beyond incredible! We were right on the beach and could see for miles.We would stay here again if we head back to Gulf Shores.

A great place to stay!

This place is a great place to stay. It’s quiet, and everything is easily accessed. For example, the parking spot on P2 is directly across from the elevator - only 20 steps. The elevator is close to the room - 25 of my steps. The unit is well kept and has a great view. We made it a week before the hurricane hit and the water was so calm! It was like standing in a lake with very minor waves even. I like this place isn’t “huge” and crowded. I timed the walk (from the room to the elevator, elevator ride, then the walk to the our beach spot),several times, and it was never more than about 2 and a half minutes. I also timed the average wait for an elevator and it was never more than 20 seconds, even when one was out of service for maintenance. I had one issue with someone parking in our spot, and security was on it like white on rice. FYI, the guy did tell me they don’t ticket or boot, so it’s usually all bark and no bite. Please note, don’t forget to put your checkout date on your parking pass before putting it in your vehicle. For evening fun, we walked most places and thoroughly enjoyed karaoke night at the pink pony pub. We also enjoyed walking to the beach house. Don’t waste your time with the catch or the hangout, you can thank me for taking one for the team I guess. If you are someone who uses Uber in the evenings, please note during the off-season it can be difficult to find an Uber or Lyft late at night. The taxi ride from florabama to the unit is approximately $56, in case you’re wondering. I highly recommend this place!

Loved being so close to the beach. The condo was nice. The beds were comfortable. The view could not have been better. Very convenient location. The only thing we had trouble with was the television. As older adults, a better cheat sheet of instructions would have been nice.

Worth every penny!

This is my fourth time staying in Gulf Shores, and the area is by far my favorite to visit! I’ve stayed at a range of condos and Terry’s has by far been my favorite! The condo itself was gorgeous and very colorful yet simplistic! Homey and enabled my guest and I to enjoy our vacation comfortably!
