• 8 comfy memory foam beds — sleeps up to 14 guests
GROUND FLOOR
• 1 Bedroom with 4 memory foam beds: 1 queen and 3 doubles (bunks + trundle)
• Full bathroom down the hall with rainfall shower
• Fully stocked kitchen for group meals
• Open-concept living + dining area (seating for 8)
• Formal dining room for special dinners (seating for 8)
OUTDOOR FUN
• Swimming pool for sunny days
• Poolside loungers to relax and recharge
• BBQ grill for easy cookouts
• Outdoor dining (seats 6)
• Lawn games for family and friends

You're only 5 minutes to McAllister Park where you'll find jogging & biking trails, picnic spots, playscapes & athletic fields, 10 minutes to San Antonio International Airport which is ideal for hosting out of town family and friends, and 20 minutes to downtown San Antonio's River Walk, the Alamo, restaurants, bars, museum and concerts.
Other Things to Note:
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed. $50 per dog. Dogs must be house-trained, attended at all times and leashed when outside. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
No large events allowed.
Please bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.
