All life vests need to hung on the rack in the garage. Return all games/toys (Frisby golf discs, golf clubs, badminton rackets etc) to the rec room.
All trash must be bagged and placed in the outside bins provided. Please double check that all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful friendly neighborhood on the private/warm side of Lake Anna. Well kept community playground, beach, pool and marina. Tennis/pickleball courts and pool are only 2 blocks away. Golf Cart community

What makes this property unique

Our House is wonderful because it is so private and spacious. situated on a wooded 2 acre lot at the end of a quiet inlet. Enjoy not only the lake but all the nature around you. We have a bald eagle that was born last year right near the house and we've been watching him learn to fish!
