My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The pros definitely out weighed the cons. The inside of the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to move about. The kids enjoyed the pool. Now the yard both front and back could have been better maintained and the west side of the yard needs to be cleaned up. The outside furniture needs to be cleaned up also. The remotes to the TV's, games and ceiling fans needs to be marked as well as the switches on the walls for light control. All that being said the property owner always responds when you message her and she was very nice. My family and I would definitely stay there again if we ever vacation in San Antonio again.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room for the whole family. The location is excellent, making it even more enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, and the kitchen is big and well-equipped. The pool area was definitely the highlight of the house—it was amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

Before I checked-in, the renter replied swiftly to my question and even allowed us to check in early. Unfortunately, after the check in everything took a turn for the worse. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a vrbo! This is a big house with lots of rooms and more beds than the law allows BUT it is the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed in. Dust was piled high on dressers, beds and bed heads and light fixtures, etc. The baseboards are filthy, the couches are worn and out dated and the bathroom needed to be cleaned . There was so much furniture in the house, it looks like storage for old furniture. The outside of the house is equally as bad. The grass was over grown, leaves were all over the pool area, and the hot tub was cold. I’m not sure if it worked but there was no obvious switch to turn it on. The pool area is FULL with mitch match, worn down dirty furniture. There was also two good size hornet’s nest by the pool. My kids couldn’t even play on the little slide because the grass was too tall and the yard is so unappealing. My family and I went to Walmart and bought all types of cleaning supplies attempting to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the home which was advertised as newly renovated! I am so disappointed. We work all year round to have a week with our grandchildren only to be somewhere we’re uncomfortable sleeping in the bed and sitting on the couch.This place could be a very nice house but it needs a DEEP cleaning , and fresher look.

Overall the house was good. Two big issues with the property:1.) The hot tub only worked (1) night. This was a golf trip with 10 guys that looked forward to the hot tub. Very disappointed2.) The outside needed to be cleaned up. A lot of leaves from the winter was all over the place. An extra effort to clean this up would have helped.I'd consider renting again with the guarantee that the hot tub works. If not, I'd expect a refund.

We enjoyed our stay at this San Antonio property. This is our second Thanksgiving at his home. The house was ready for us on time. My daughter lives in SA and had made a grocery run at HEB and they allowed her to unload the groceries a little early so she only had to unload them once. The house has large pots to cook for our Thanksgiving group. Lots of sleeping space to accommodate our extended family of 13. Had such a great time, plan on renting again nest year for the thirds time.

We stayed here for UTSA graduation. The location was great for being close to campus. I'd rate this property a 6/10.The good - there are plenty of beds although several of the bedrooms are designed for people who know each other well. There are lots of linen and towels for the pool/hot tub. The kitchen is large and the family room is comfortable. The TV pictured in the photo has been replaced with a larger screen. The pool and hot tub were nice.The bad - the outside was really dirty. Clean-up post the winter has not been done. The second night, the air conditioner froze over so half the house didn't have cooling. There was literally one t-spoon in the kitchen (plenty of forks, knives, and dishes). The place lacks a lot of the little amenities that most VBROs have - no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee, and not all bathrooms have a hair dryer. When the tv in the family room was removed, all the old wiring is still there in a pile. There is no control over the hot tub. To get it turned on, you must text the manager. There's also no control over the temperature. The landscaping is also different than the photos. The front yard has been replaced with stones, the swing set is very dirty and not as pictured. There was also a damp load of laundry in the dryer that had obviously been there quite awhile and smelled really badly. In general, the place is showing its age.

Fun Thanksgiving with Family

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property. There was plenty of room for everyone and kids loved using the hot tub. Drives to Sea World and Six Flags from the house were pretty easy. The 2 ovens and gas grill made cooking for Thanksgiving much easier. Overall fun times!

Best vacation

This is my second time booking this house for a family gathering. Like the first time it did not disappoint. I personally loved the hot tub, house is extra spacious and cleanliness of the property is exceptional. The host is quick to answer your messages. I give this rental 5 star's.
