Hartley Bay Cottages: The Aspen
Make new memories in this spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath waterfront cottage. Get away from it all, eat on the wrap-around deck, fish right off your personal dock or boating on the lake or right next door on the French River!
The space
Large, open concept living, dining space with vaulted ceilings and a chef's kitchen with wall ovens and a gas cooktop. Beautiful fireplace, accompanied by 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Part of a 3 cottage complex , each one with its own private wrap around deck, dock , hot tub and firepit. Rent one, or bring the extended family and friends to enjoy the whole space!
Guest access
There is a shared dry sauna and shared laundry is available on the property.
The canoes/kayaks are available for your use. Please put them away as you found them when you're done.
Quiet time starts at 11pm in consideration for your neighbours and the other property owners close by.
Other things to note
Water source is the lake and there will be a brand new ultraviolet water purification system put in place in May 2022. Water will be potable, but you are welcome to bring your own drinking water.
Bait shops, Grocery and LCBO are a short drive away.

Great Stay
Beautiful place to stay, great view of the water. Cabin was clean, well set up and spacious. Lake was great for boat rides and the fishing was awesome. Quiet and peaceful, will definitely return again!

We had a nice and peaceful vacation. Well maintained, gorgeous cottage right on the water. We enjoyed the view while relaxing in the hot tub every night.
