Available to rent by the week or weekend. Located on the edge of town with easy access to downtown Bethel and Sunday River. Architecturally designed open floor plan with center fireplace and exposed beams. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, finished basement with family room and well landscaped yard. Private spot with hot tub. Must be 25 or older to rent.

NOTE: Road to the house is plowed and sanded in winter. 4 wheel drive not necessary but wise!
