This was our 3rd stay at this location. It is a very comfortable home and we love the location, privacy, and easy access to the beach. Has a great kitchen with all that we needed for making meals. Easy check in and out. We look forward to staying here again.
If you want to relax and have everything at your fingertips this is the place! Plenty of room, magnificent beach access, and great comfort made for priceless memories. No need to look further...book this place now. You will not be disappointed!
We love this place! And so does our dog :) Thank you for offering this beautiful home with all the amenities that one would need to create a lovely vacation with visiting family from afar. Everything about it was wonderful!
Title says it all. I don’t spend time time and money on places that are not clean, comfortable and cannot accommodate my family and animals. Place is clean. Has easy access to the beach. Very nice space for family, puzzles, games and the like. Will stay there again.
Most of the windows in the house are broken and inoperable. The kitchen is large and would be comfortable with several people working. The loft bathroom has a large open shower not shown in the pictures. The path to the beach is about 1/8th of a mile. An easy hike to the beach
We discovered this place last year. Great beach access with a private path. Convenient to Ocean Park. Dog Friendly with a fenced yard. Lots of games and reading material in the house. Very comfortable. Will be going back again in the near future.
We stayed here about three years ago, and were happy to be able to stay again. The location is great; the view is lovely; the wildlife was wonderful; and the house is well stocked. It's a perfect place for a serene and private stay - you even have your own path to the beach. Check in was ez-pz and management was very responsive. We hope to be back some day.
This was our 2nd stay at this property. Spacious, clean, well stocked, great beach access. Nice layout to have a friend(s) join us this 2nd time. The large deck, fenced yard, and easy/close beach access makes it great for bringing the fur babies. The deer, bald eagles, seals, and sunsets are just added perks. We were so relaxed during our visit that we’ve decided to make it an annual thing. Thanks!

First impression, driving up, was underwhelming. Once inside though, it knocks it out of the park. OMG, that kitchen! If you can imagine needing something, it's stocked with it. Fun beachy charm, amazingly cozy atmosphere. Decorated very nicely and the gas powered fireplace is nice and really pumps out heat. The view out the HUGE window was so serene and beautiful and the deck is amazing. The walk to the beach, through the forest, is lined with cute little garden gnomes. Both the deck and the yard are fully fenced so if you have ninja dogs who can slip out a door like lightning, they can't go far! And that beach! We walked for hours and only occasionally saw another person. If you're looking for somewhere to rest and recharge, as we were, Julie's Stuga is the ticket. A little pricey but definitely value for the money. I wish we could have spent a whole week there.
Let me start by saying that I thought this was a 1 bdrm but the photos showed 2 so I booked and crossed my fingers that we would all fit. Good news, we did! There is 1 bdrm and a full bathroom off of the very large kitchen. Upstairs in the big loft is another sleeping area with extra Murphy bed. There was also a full bathroom with shower and closet. This was such a relief.
The house itself was beautiful and roomy. The large deck was a nice place to relax. If you have little ones or dogs that like to escape I suggest bringing a baby gate to close off the other side of the deck. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of books, games, etc. to keep you occupied.
Place was very nice. 1 full bath on the main floor along with the main bedroom (very comfortable king bed & pilllows) loft has 1 bed and a murphy bed. 3/4 bath also on the loft level. Kitchen is huge. Designed for entertaining. Lots of puzzles and games.
Private path to the beach. Makes for a nice, relaxing walk with your furry friends since you will be the only ones on it.
Yard is fully fenced. Has an outdoor shower, w/hot & cold water to rinse off from the beach.
Only drawback is it is a tad far from downtown Long Beach. But for us this is not an issue as we don't go to the pennisula to hang in Long Beach.
