I was very disappointed with this house. Pros: House is nice and clean. Had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Host responded quickly to our concerns. Cons: It was not ready to be rented. A total of 8 hangers for the entire house (host sent more, but blamed previous tenants for taking hangers). Water dispenser on fridge did not work. Ice dispenser worked, but not water, which doesn’t make sense (host sent a large case of water next day). Host didn’t recommend drinking water out of fridge, but ice was fine? There were no kitchen hand towels. There were dish rags, but not hand towels. The kitchen towels the host sent first were only 4 inches by 6 inches. The next set of towels were the same dish rags they already had, so there are still no hand towels. And there was no dishwasher soap (host sent soap next day). Host sent filters for the AC and asked if I could replace it. I had no problem doing so, but it should have been done before we arrived. And then on day 3 of our vacation, asked me if lawn needed mowing, which it did. The weeds (and I do mean weeds because that’s all it had) were up to my knees in places. No one ever showed up to mow. Yard had several red ant hills. Host said their pesticide guy would be coming next week…after we left.

Sorry for the trouble you encounter. We had same day check in checkout and i don't think the things you mentioned were all check in before you move in. Our cleaners did their best to make it available for you to EARLY CHECK IN. Things get missed when we rush everything to make it available for you. I asked you let me know what you see missing there once you move in. Your request of every single thing was fulfilled same day or the following day with all the best options available. I asked you couple of times if the lawn needs to be taken care of, you mentioned its ok but not actually anything that weeds upto your knees and all.
