SW Wisconsin Hike -- Great Place to Stop

SW Wisconsin is so beautiful that if it was near Paris it would be world-famous. But if you want to make a multi-day walking trip there it is hard to find places to stay that are spaced through the region. This spot in Blanchardville made a perfect stop. The room was comfortable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly clean. And the town, though small, has good restaurants, bars, and coffee places, a grocery store, and a great spot to soak tired feet in the Pecatonica River. Ray, the host, was terrific. Easy to check in, helpful with all details about the place and the area. Recommended!
