The space:
Harvest Meadows Haven is conveniently located near the State College Airport, Nittany Valley Sports Centre (the Centre), Penn State Campus and Beaver Stadium, and just 12 minutes to State College city center. This is a brand new construction townhome completed in December 2023 and has ample space for you and your friends and family.

Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire house, including garage parking for two cars and ample driveway space for 3-4 cars.

Stayed here 10-13 July and can't say enough about this property! Brett was responsive on texts from the time I booked. It's close to everything in State College--very close to Beaver Stadium. As we walked in the door, it smelled like a newly-built property, was very clean, and spacious. The main gathering area was open and had lots of space for folks to lounge around. The small porch area with table and chairs was nice to sit at in the mornings to read or just sip a nice cup of coffee. The bedrooms are all well appointed and large in size, as are the bathrooms. You know how some places skimp on towels--not this property! And they were very soft and plush. We would stay here again, multiple times!

Brett’s townhouse was a great choice for our wknd stay in State College. Lots of space, very clean & comfortable, located adjacent to the airport and less than 10 minutes from Bryce Jordan/Beaver Stadium. During our stay, Brett reached out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this place if you're in town for a sporting event or campus activity!

Loved the property it was new and beautiful inside. Very close to some good restaurants yet still in a quiet area away from the busy streets. The only trouble we had was figuring out how to lock the front door when we left. We tried pushing the lock icon on the front door passcode pad thinking that was how it locked but we did that two times and the front door still was not locking, so it sounded like something wasn’t engaging the locking mechanism so we pulled on the door handle while pushing the lock icon on the numerical pad and we could hear the lock finally engaged. I would have that door looked at because that lock is out of alignment or something. Otherwise, we loved the place.
