It was perfect!

The location was just what I was looking for. The host was exceptionally quick at responding to my questions and very helpful and I adores the place. It was perfect for our needs, spotless, and very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend to all of my friends. I am grateful that it’s an available place to stay. I would stay again the next time I visit Indy.

Entry was confusing. Parking space was not really marked correctly. No parking pass was made available. so checked vehicle every morning and night. Trying to leave, got stuck in the elevator

Awesome location and a great apartment!

We were SO happy with Jazz's apartment for the weekend! We were in town with our 2 kids and going to the Lucas Oil Stadium. The apartment is centrally located to everything in downtown Indy; easy walking distance all around. It is truly a perfect location! The apartment itself is great - we were super comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids, but it could also easily work for 2 couples too. The beds are super comfortable, there are large TVs in the bedrooms and living room, a cute balcony and a kitchen with the basics you need. Jazz was really responsive when I had silly questions (like the wifi info; which had already been sent but I couldn't remember). All in all, it was a great stay. We will book again when we head back to Indy!

Fell Short of a 5-Star Stay

The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were on different levels, offering plenty of privacy. There was ample gathering space in the living room and kitchen. The wand for the mini blinds was missing in the master bedroom, so we could not close them, and we were never provided with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. The check-in process was clearly explained, with the assistance of photos, but it was still time-consuming…go up to the unit to get the keys/fob, then go back down to your car to park in the parking garage, and then go back to the unit. To make matters worse, the unit is located on an upper floor, requiring two different elevators. The first elevator takes you up eight levels, the second elevator takes you up the remaining two levels. The second elevator was not working during our stay. We had to carry multiple pieces of luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Once we got to the correct floor, we still had to walk quite a bit to the unit, and there were another 6 stairs that we had to deal with. We were given 2 parking spaces that we could choose from. When we first checked in, we did not have a problem utilizing one of those spaces, but when we returned later at night from dinner, both of those spaces were occupied. After a few minutes of not receiving a response from the Host (we don’t blame them, it was after 11 PM, and they did eventually respond), we just parked in any spot and hoped for the best. If you choose this property, just be aware of the logistics.
