Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.
John Denver - "Almost heaven, country roads, take me home, to the place I belong!" While this carriage has left the clackety-clank of rails behind it has found new joy with its friends the singing birds, glowing wild flowers, and intense night skies. Our country charm has guests coming back!

Shhh... don't let this secret get out ... just kidding. Our visit was an excellent and unexpected surprise. We stayed on a rural property with a historical theme and feel. We explored the grassland country with vineyards on bikes. There are many great views and quiet back country roads to see. The managers keep a very tidy property, spotless accommodation in a most comfort farm setting. Thumbs up on this place. D&L
We recently stayed at the runaway express coach, Jason was a superb Host. Very easy directions getting to the coach and very clean! The coach itself is comfortable and quiet. Sometimes we heard the animals from the farm but nothing to worry about, the pigs (Oreo and Ginger) were fun to watch! All around a a great experience and I’m sure we will be staying again.Make sure to check out some of there fresh produce and locally roasted coffee as well. Can’t miss it
This was amazing. Such a cozy home...comfy and easily made it our home base for our day trips. The hosts were sooo friendly and the kids were great!we could roam around the farm at our leisure and felt entirely private in our little home. I was worried about the murphy bed as I am a picky sleeper but it was soo comfy I slept very well. With the sound of the crickets outside our window I was soon fast asleep. The air conditioner was a complete game changer when we booked but to be honest in the location where it's at, when we came home in the late afternoon it was cool without using the air conditioner. The home was very well equipped and any concern we had was met with immediate attention by our hosts. I don't want to give it too much good reviews as we want to book next year and don't want it to be prebooked!!We will definitely be back. Thank you again for the fresh eggs (delicious) and the close attention to detail from start to finish of our vacation. To make it clearer...we were here a week...Could have stayed a month or longer as it was so awesome.
The Runaway Coach is so quaint. The hosts property is beautiful, the animals cute. Very quiet and clean. Would definitely book again
