Check-in is simple and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you at the front entrance, buzz you in, and verify your reservation. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID, and let us know in advance if someone other than the booking guest will be checking in. Once verified, the concierge will direct you to your unit.
You’ll receive a digital door code in your arrival instructions for easy, secure access to the condo. Inside, you’ll also find a key fob that allows you to enter and exit the building freely for the remainder of your stay.

The bedroom features a king mattress that offers a comfortable retreat after exploring Downtown or attending events nearby. For additional guests, the condo can be configured with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing up to four guests to settle in with ease.

Located in historic Peachtree Towers, the condo offers elevator access, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock. Paid parking is available both on and off the premises. The building is equipped with exterior security cameras in common areas, elevators, and entry points, with none inside the unit.

Set in the heart of Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District, you are within easy reach of AmericasMart, the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola. Public transportation is close at hand, with Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations about a five-minute walk away, offering direct access to the airport. Restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are just around the corner, making it simple to explore the city on foot.

If you prefer not to drive, Uber and other rideshare services are always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonably priced, making it easy to get around Atlanta.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.
