Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean the home during your stay and before you leave! The checkout cleaning is NOT for deep cleaning the home or picking up trash. The home should be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
Please load and start the dishwasher. Please gather used towels and if possible, start a load of dirty towels. Place the garage remote and pool fob on the hooks In the hall.
Take out trash In the kitchen and rooms. Please clean the barbecue If used during your stay. Shut and lock all windows and exterior doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Awesome Stay

The place was really great. Very spacious to accommodate our large family. The jacuzzi was a hot with the kids and the front patio was great for meals. Communication was 10/10! Will be booking again

Everything in our unit was perfect. Lots of space for our whole women’s senior softball team. Nice having a bathroom for every bedroom and two living room areas. The hot tub was well maintained and perfect after a long day on the field! We loved all the outside patios too. The complex was quiet and clean. Great open areas and seating for a large group for meals. Not to far from all the activities of St George Huntsman Senior Games and surrounding areas like National Parks. We will definitely return next year!!

Huge beautiful property

We needed a huge property with lots of room for our 17 people. This place was incredibly beautiful and fit everyone perfect. No issues at all very clean and great communication with the owner. Thank you! We will definitely be saving this in our favorites for future stays. Thank You
