The place is great. Very secure building. The host representative was amazing. She helped me and responded to my messages rapidly. The noise outside was too much. The neighbors blast their music way in the late hours of night. The music picks back up around 7 am and last hours and hours. Besides the music, it was still a very noisy area. The stay itself on the inside was good

You booked for the time of the festival, remember Dominican Republic is the Birthplace of the merengue. Though, the condo is in a upscale residential neighborhood. And usually very quiet.

AMAZING STAY!!

This stay was AMAZING to say the least. I was meet by the cleaning staff who explained how everything worked and where any cleaning supplies would be if I where to need them. Pointed out any Grocery stores and Supermarkets incase I needed to go food shopping as well.The apartment is a 10-15min drive to the city so you are close enough to see the sights but removed enough that you can actually get some rest (when you can). The apartment is nice and quiet as well. Michael and Cecilia were great and were available to help me pretty much 24/7. I wish them both nothing but the best and i will be renting with them again.
