This condo is a rare find in Park City! With a wonderful open floor plan and newer construction you won't feel cramped while staying inside, but the ease of walking to all of Park City's amenities will keep you outside! A short 2 blocks will get you to the base of Park City Mountain Resort with all their seasonal amenities and a less than half mile walk will get you to Historic Main St. to shop, dine, and explore! This condo is also located on the route of the city's free bus system that will take you anywhere in the city. The bus stops going in either direction are conveniently located just steps from the front door.

When it is time to come in from the daily activities you'll be greeted with space and comfort in this newly decorated interior. With 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a open living space you will find plenty of room to hang out. Both bedrooms are connected to bathrooms and have large walk-in closets. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. There is a washer and dryer located inside the condo for your convenience. You'll never have to search for parking with the private underground parking lot. With space for 2 vehicles and a small ski locker that are just steps away from the front door.

So close to the slopes

Great location.Short walk to slopes/lifts, restaurants, grocery store.We Uber up from the airport and don't worry about a car, as the things we enjoy are so accessible.Check in is easy and the owners take good care of their property.We will be back.

The perfect stay

We were a group of four ladies from all over the US meeting to ski and reconnect. The home was spacious, mostly well equipped (though a few more mugs and glasses and a kettle would have been appreciated) and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds. Very close to ski resort and a quick bus ride or a nice stroll to Main Street. Our only complaint was the hot tub (shared with other apartments in the building) was not well maintained and so we weren’t able to use it. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We stayed in park city for my daughter’s soccer tournament. We loved staying her it was big enough for our whole family and very clean. Eat location, we just walked over to do the alpine slides.

Great stay in the condo! Well set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! 2 blocks up a steep hill to the village to ski. Had a great stay!

Great space in great location

The unit was very spacious and in a great location. We were there in the summer and it was an easy walk to Main St. The location for a winter vacation is also ideal!

We just stayed 6 nights at the Moose Lodge condo and had an unbelievable experience. Our family loved the size, location, amenities and cleanliness of this unit. 5 stars!! Can not reccomend this condo enough. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Great Ski Condo

Tyson’s property is right on the main bus lines to and from the Park City base (you can also walk in about 10 min), and only a few stops from Main Street. A perfect location for a family trip. Plenty of space in the condo with a warm fireplace and huge couch for relaxing as a group after a long day outside. We would absolutely stay again!

Great ski accommodation

Easy walk to the slopes and very well equipped. The place was larger than expected and easily accommodated all of us (2 adults and 5 teens). There were generous amounts of all sorts of kitchen staples and so on which always makes life easier.

A perfect place in Park City

The condo was well located for access to the mountain as well as the bus to get you around Park City. It was very comfortable space for all of us - 4 adults and 3 young children and it was especially nice having the covered parking and storage for ski equipment. I would highly recommend the unit.

This is a great condo. It’s super cute and clean. It’s a literal 8 minute walk to the base of the mountain if you’re skiing. And the free bus stop is right outside if you want to go anywhere else. Loved it.

Perfect ski home

My friends and I loved this perfectly located ski home! Very centrally located and we were able to easily walk to the PCM base each morning. There are also multiple bus stops around the home to get to the mountain base as well as Main St. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the fireplace in the living room! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We would all definitely stay here again!

Long ski weeked

The property and location was fabulous. We could walk to Park City in our ski boots. We were able to check in early (it was easy)so able to get to get in some afternoon skiing. The bus line was easy access from the house and came in handy for quick runs. We would stay here again next year!

So close to everything

Our family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 teens) had a great stay at Tyson’s apartment in Park City. Easy walk to the mountain base for skiing. Walk to town was fine. Close to the bus stops if you are coming back from Canyons. Apartment was well laid out and comfortable. Little things like the boot dryer were great so your boots are good to go the following day. Would stay again.

Great location.

We loved this place. Everything was as advertised and reserved parking in the garage. Short walk to the lifts and about a 20 minute walk to downtown park city. The place was very clean, roomy and perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Only minor thing was you could hear people walking around in the above apartment and walking down the stairs in their ski boots. But that was very small amounts of time.

Great place

The place and location were great. Walking distance to the slopes and Main Street. The place is very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the cleaning. The cleaning crew showed up an hour after check our in time. They rushed through the cleaning and the place was not clean after the left. They didn’t fill the soaps up, there was dirt everywhere, all the towels were stained. The rest was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Park City

Condo was lovely and well maintained. Enjoyed the large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Property manager was very responsive. House was well stocked with necessities. Also the 2 parking spaces in the garage were very convenient. Only complaint was that it’s right on a more trafficked street and there’s no AC so it got a little loud when sleeping with the windows open in the summer. But very few places in Park city have AC. My husband wasn’t bothered by the noise at all but if you’re a light sleeper you may be. Overall great place and would recommend.

Spring break in Park City for the First time

Our family does one annual ski trip a year. Never to be repeated in the same location as there are so many great places to see. However, this place has us questioning our decision of ‘no repeat vacations’. The photos don’t really do this condo justice. It’s spacious, updated, clean and fully stocked. The location is perfect. Close to the lifts, close to groceries / fast food / Starbucks (as in you can walk to them), a bus stop is right outside which is free to jump on and it takes you all over. Honestly - location is key and this condo is the ticket. So much to do and see in and around Park City - I’d recommend this condo to anyone. One downfall - and this falls on us and not the property owners AT ALL! Parking is underground. This is noted in the description but we were so excited to book we overlooked it. We rented a sprinter van which wouldn’t fit in the underground parking - and finding parking anywhere else was next to impossible. So just keep the height of the garage in mind if renting a car! As far as communication with the owners - we only reached out once and they were prompt to respond. We especially appreciated the extras that the house had (like detergent). Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your condo - we had a wonderful vacation and made fantastic memories.

We fell in love with this place because it is so close to PCMR and the City Park with tennis courts, ball fields, and running/biking paths. Literally it is steps away from all the outdoor activities we love to do.
