This spacious two bedroom penthouse has magnificent views of the beach and mountains. It also has a private patio with an outdoor shower that guests rave about. Sleeps up to 6 People. One King bed, one Queen, one sofa pullout in living room.

There is a fully equipped kitchenette (Under Sink Drinking Water Filter, Induction cook-tops, stainless and non stick cookware, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle) All rooms have TV's with cable. Smart tv in the living room with Plex. Private Wireless Internet , VOIP telephone to call worldwide Free to US and Canada, iron, ironing board, small vacuum, hair dryers and large beach towels are included. New AC units in May 2021. Glass windows with bug screens.

Transportation to and from the airport is at your disposal (not included).
The property has full time security. There is tips sheet inside the kitchen cabinet with places to eat and see and contacts of trusted and fair priced drivers.

My "go to" Vacation Spot

This is my third stay at Paradise Found. Genuinely love the place! Clean, perfectly located and the free entry to the beach tops the cake. The rooftop shower is amazing! Owners reply within minutes of any questions. Thank you again! Looking forward to future stays.

From beginning to end this stay was perfect! The home is gorgeous and very clean. The location was a 10/10 literally anything you want or need is within a very short walk. They supplied everything you need and more plus many extra towels for beach annd pool. They even had some beach chairs to go to the beach with.( take them otherwise they’ll charge you 750 JMD which is roughly 7.50 CDN)The pool was fantastic too. The pool man takes such good care of the pool which makes it so clean and fresh at all times. My absolute favourite part of the home was the rooftop patio and outdoor shower. The perfect chill spot to have tea and relax. There’s a little cafe named Likkle Shop on the corner of the premises just before the gate and they have lots of yummy food and drink options for a reasonable price. They will also deliver you breakfast to your suite of you’d like. Communication was they replied instantly every single time. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Ochi. We’ll be back forsure.

The best place in this resort!

Everything was clean and comfortable, and very up to date! The owners were responsive with questions and very helpful! The outdoor shower on the patio is amazing and was our night time hang out with the comfortable patio furniture! They have a great selection of kitchen utensils and basic things for all cooking! Loved the place!

There are many...but this is the BEST!

My husband and I visit Jamaica yearly to visit family as well as a vacation. I have stayed at many villas over the years and this one now is at the top of my list! The resort is well groomed and the security and staff is pleasant. The villa is beautiful! Well kept and it was a plus to have the phone to call the States and the local phone to use to contact family. The housekeeper is very nice and helpful. The balcony is breathtaking and I made it my business to enjoy the outdoor shower. The owners answered my questions very quickly and are professional. I will definitely book again. Thanks again!

Location, Location, Location

If you want to get out and see Ocho Rios (Ochi) then this is the spot. It's near the main clubs, markets and restaurants in downtown. Just a stone's throw from Dunn's Falls. The cruise ships dock nearby, so when they are around there is an interesting mix of people in town. It didn't seem to be a problem as far as things being too crowded though. The place is nice and serves the purpose of a decent place to stay. It is right next to the public beach and access to the beach is included in your stay. The beach does close at 5 pm though, which is a bummer if you wanted to take a nighttime stroll on the beach. Nice beach though and very convenient to the unit. The facility overall is a bit rundown and could use a facelift. The pool bar is constantly blasting music and the scene was a bit shady for us. But this did not impact our stay, we just went across the street to John Crow's, which is a fun bar and definitely a happening spot on the weekend. All in all a 4 out of 5 stars. Give it a try and explore Ochi! It's fun!

The villa was beautiful! Better than the pictures. The location is perfect if you want to walk to the beaches and planning excursions. Restaurants and bars were very close. Would definitely come again.

Really all we can say is Wow!!

First let me start by saying......the communication between us and the owners was absolutely perfect!!! Mr. Erik & Mrs. Erica were absolutely kind and understanding!! They worked with us and our needs the entire time. I’m so appreciative of them. The condo was beautiful. It really felt like a vacation retreat away from home. Beautiful upgrades, very clean, stunning view of ocean!! We truly enjoyed our time. Thank you all again. I would love to come back.

Best place ever!! Our Paradise Found

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Paradise Found. It’s locatin is convenient and safe, there is a gate with security at all times. It is Right on the beach and can see in from the balcony. Host was easy to communicate with and was accessible to answer any questions we had. Very accommodating and we appreciate all Elizabeth did for us (including the complimentary refreshments she left behind for us). I would certainly recommend this host as very thorough and trustworthy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. In fact the king size mattress felt exactly like my expensive mattress that I own in the USA. Pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was used numerous times to cook curry goat, stew chicken and Ackee and saltfish (and noodles on our lazy days) It has everything that you need. (Thank you for the straws, we sure needed a lot of them). AC cooled all rooms properly, we never felt uncomfortable there. We absolutely loved the balcony and spend most of our time there. The balcony shower was fun to use and had hot water at all times. We are certainly going to rebook this apartment for our future trips. I have visited Jamaica 14 times now and this is the best place I have stayed as in terms of convenience, cleanliness and comfortably. We love it and can’t wait to return to Paradise Found. Thank you so so much for providing us with this accommodation

Very cute, clean and convenient

This place is in the center of the town. It’s an easy walk to Margarittaville as well as the craft market. Staying here you have access to a private beach and the pool is always empty and clean. The restaurant is pretty good as well. If you have a child under 2 the stairs are a small issue. The Patio is a real treat and the owner is very attentive.

Little Oasis in Bustling Town!

It was me and my mother in law staying here for 8 days and we felt very safe. The very first night it was quite loud out by the pool but we didn’t have really any issues after that. The staff was extremely friendly. The patio and outdoor shower is so relaxing and amazing. Wish the construction would finish because direct access to the beach would make this more than perfect.

Paradise Found and loved

My partner, best friend and her partner had the pleasure of staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed or time here. I would go back for sure. The only downside and this is a big one as we really wanted to be closer to the beach, but due to construction, we had to walk thru town to get to the beach after we stopped and obtained a form from the desk at reception. The beach itself is beautiful and it offers great views of the bay and the chance to see the cruise ships! The condo has 2 good sized bedrooms and 1 full and 1 half bath with an outdoor shower on the rooftop. The rooftop itself was wonderful with lots of sun but also had a cover for shade. I didn't get to try out the shower as my friends took the upstairs bedroom but they said they loved it and the chance to shower out of doors. The condo itself is a little snug especially the kitchen if you are a cook by choice, and no oven kept our options for meals limited but overall, it was very clean, well kept and the premises are just wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and spent the majority of our time there. There are definitely lots of things to do close by and we even walked up to Dunn's River Falls and it was so worth the walk! It was beautiful scenery and lots of shade so not walking in full on sun made it a terrific adventure for our group. Elizabeth and Eric are great to communicate with and always got back to me with my questions or with any concerns. I would highly recommend booking this condo for those willing to be outdoorsy and who appreciate not spending their vacation inside. There are lots of good restaurants close by including one right across the street that offered up great food choices and many travelers frequented. Yes, it can be a little noisy at times as the construction on the beachfront is pretty close by but a pair of ear plugs made light of that. The air-conditioning kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping so that was a huge bonus. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend Paradise Found to anyone.

Beautiful location! Very clean!

Great Vacation Place-Truly a Paradise

We definitely enjoyed staying at Elizabeth's property. Prior to our visit, she was always ready to answer any questions and address any concerns promptly. We loved the location of the condo - right in the center of town with all its restaurants/bars/food markets/souvenir, jewelry, and clothing shops. Property is very well maintained and very clean on the outside: there was a pool that we never got to use, small children playground, beach few steps away from the property itself. Property is well secured (if this is one of the concern). Condo itself was exactly as described - clean, spacious, tons of closet space, unique in architectural way (it's bi-level with spiral staircase-if you have large suitcases, unpack downstairs, much easier that way). We had 4 adults and 1 child staying with no problems. Elizabeth added an extra bed for a child and it worked out just perfect. The condo was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc. It had all the appliances we needed. I was a little apprehensive about lack of stove in the beginning, but got a hold of using hot plates and there was no problem. We definitely enjoyed the outdoor patio. It was great to have a glass of wine and dinner outside with a perfect, almost unobstructed, view of the ocean. We also loved the outdoor shower and used it quite a bit (condo has 1.5 bath). It eliminated morning/evening bathroom traffic. We also took advantage of a washing machine-traveling with a child, it always comes in handy (so grab some Tide Pods with you!). We did bunch of outdoor activities: rented a snorkeling boat right on the beach, drove to Dolphin Cove (5min), Dunn's River Falls (10min). There are plenty activities that we didn't get a chance to do, but will once return. WE LOVED THE CONDO AND WILL BE BACK! One con (has nothing to do with the condo itself). We are a family of swimmers and were very disappointing by Ocho Rios. Beach was very clean and nice, however, water was murky, shallow and rocky. We have been spoiled by the beaches and ocean in Montego Bay and Negril - can't compare to Ocho Rios. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying at the condo, getting to know Ocho and its surrounding area, sampling local cuisine, and making new friends.

Great Vacation Getaway Condo!

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying at the Paradise Found Condo from 06/20/16 to 06/25/16 and it truly was a positive experience. The Condo is well furnished and has all the amenities and more that anyone can ask for. It is also centrally located with an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. By the way, the beach is literally in your backyard. All the staff were extremely helpful and very hospitable am I must say we found paradise in Ocho Rios during our stay. Aaron C

Do It Yourself Paradise Found

This condo is located at Sandcastles Resort, Main Street Ocho Rios. We booked for 6 nights privately through homeaway.com and we have no complaints about our place. The condo looked EXACTLY like the photos shown on the home away listing and it was well upkept, clean and perfect for what we wanted/were looking for. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a rooftop patio and outdoor shower, which was awesome. Ochi is a cruise ship port so you will have many views of one or more cruise ships each day. But our view was awesome; there were hills behind us with big homes, and the beach and sea in front of us. Sandcastles is secure; we felt plenty safe. The staff is friendly. We went to the beach every single day and “Jack” took care of us, setting up our chairs ($5 each for the day) and what-not. The grounds are very pretty; lots of palms, plants and flowers. The pool looked kind of lame to me, but there were plenty of kids and teens and grown ups that seemed to enjoy it; we just preferred the beach. We had breakfast one day at the restaurant upstairs and looked out over the property; it was decent. We never went into Sandbar restaurant, despite much cajoling from staff; it is an ALL WHITE room and there was nobody in there when we came through; it gave me the creeps. I will say that loud music from the street, from downtown Ochi, and from people partying at the pool kept me up late into the night more than once. I liked that the location was beachfront and on main street. Restaurants, ATMs, groceries, souvenirs, are all nearby. I would say property is only handicap-accessible if you stay on the ground floor; otherwise there are stairs and no elevator. We LOVED the fact that the beach was never too crowded, and that locals hung out there too. Since we stayed over Easter weekend, the kids were on break on Friday and we had a great time making friends with the friendly Jamaicans that came right up to us in the water and started asking our names and telling us all about their siblings and families:) John Crow’s across the street is nice for drinks and food and sometimes has live music; not too crowded. Miss T’s is hidden off main street and is an authentic Jamaican cuisine experience worth having; Evita’s Italian up the hill was the best non-Jamaican food we had and an adorable place. I would most definitely skip Ocean’s 11 unless you just want drinks. Drinks are great; food is not.

Perfect Place to Stay

Our condo was perfect for our stay. We were 4 adults, and at first I worried that only one indoor shower would be a problem, but as it turned out, our guests insisted they wanted the outdoor shower and thoroughly enjoyed using it the entire stay. It is more private than it looks in the picture on the website and they absolutely loved it! The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of towels for the entire week, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was air conditioning, but we opened the windows and enjoyed the breezes most of the time, not needing to use the AC much. We kept saying how perfect it was for our needs. You can walk to many restaurants in town (and there are a lot of good ones!) We particularly liked Miss T's down the street a few blocks. Mama Marley's across the street and Margaritaville on the water were also enjoyable. Shopping practically right outside your front door is available although we were not big shoppers. Plenty of parking available if you rent a car which we did. The pool is also very nice, very close to the condo, and not crowded. Oh, also, the beach is also beautiful for nice walks. My friend ran along the water every morning. We all would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Jamaica.

Location, it's the best in town. Always upgrading and remodeling. Eco Friendly all led lighting, under-sink water filter to save on buying bottled water.
