1 king Bedroom, w mattress warmer , ensuite Bathroom , walk-in closet, coffee maker, smart TV. 2nd bedroom with queen bed , heated blanket available.,Smart TV in room, coffee maker- Private bathroom across the hall.
Gas fireplace for ambiance and cold nights. All new appliances w Gas range.
Motion lights at entranceway and througout condo for safety.
Private deck w seating to sit w a coffee or wine in the evening., Keurig, Nesspresso, drip coffee makers. Soda stream, blender, air fryer, small food processor, mixer, and more. bike rental at front and near SPAC , SPA , grill at Victoria pool, for pub fare,

Just text 518-669-9576, when departing for the stay and then I can let cleaners begin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music please , please keep voices down on deck , especially after 8pm -7am
No weed, vaping please , just take a walk in parking lot

Great hospitality and very comfortable space

We loved the little touches by the host, like coffee in each bedroom and all the coffee we could ever need. The space was very comfortable and clean.

Truly a top tier experience! Lynette is an exceptionally thoughtful and welcoming host, truly going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The rental was extremely comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We stayed while in town to see a show at SPAC and it was delightful to simply walk over and not have to think about traffic and parking.
