- There is a smoke and decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area, or if you are found to be smoking (cigarette, cigar, vaping, or marijuana) on the property. Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke.

Great and Convenient

We needed a place for a couple crew members to stay for a local video production shoot. This place was the perfect spot. Convenient and the management was super helpful to make sure we were accommodated for our stay.

Great Location

I would rent this place again, it was located within close proximity to my fave spots: Grits and Eggs, Home Goods and Starbucks, of course. The property itself was bright and just like it appeared on the site.

The condo was nice for two couples, fairly comfortable, just enough space. The only downside is the location, but if you plan to drive everywhere you go it’s not bad.

The apartment was very clean and check in was easy. Loved that it had a full bathroom for each bedroom. It was the perfect place for me to stay with a friend to visit my son in Buckhead for the weekend. Walking distance to Buckhead village.My only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear the people in surrounding apartments. But this would not prevent me from staying there again.
