This house is a 4 bedroom(s), 3 bathrooms, located in Marion, IN.
Escape to the woods of central Indiana and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors within the comfort of a newly renovated home. Large windows invite a panoramic view of the woods and give the space an open feel. Snuggle up by one of the three fireplaces, shoot a couple of pool balls in the game room, or unwind in the theatre-style entertainment room complete with surround sound and a floor-to-ceiling projector screen.
I will always be available by phone, if not in person. Please feel free to call or text at anytime. Because a property of this size demands diligent upkeep, I may return to perform general maintenance on the house and yard if your stay is longer than two nights.
The neighborhood is surrounded by many beautiful homes. With lots of mature trees, woods and wildlife, the scenery never gets old.
The front door code will be submitted to guests prior to their stay.
Spacious and breathable rooms with lots of natural light. Feel free to toss a football around the two-acre lawn or enjoy a bonfire under the brilliant stars.
Wood is provided for all fireplaces and bonfire areas.
There is plenty of parking on the premises.
