Great property for the family. The games (pool, shuffleboard, oversized connect four, card table) kept all the kids and parent with plenty to do the entire time. Kids took the kayaks to the sandy beach just 4 houses down....they also swam there multiple times. Beautiful view of the lake out the back with no houses behind on the other side of the water, made for a very peaceful view taking in beautiful sunsets and the serene views of Texas hill country landscapes.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. The communication with Gabby and Crystal was wonderful. They alerted me before we got there to a small issue that the prior renters had broken. We enjoyed the beautiful property. The location was great and enjoyed the peaceful area. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful house. Clean. Only small picky things like no wash cloths and a few TV remotes not working. A few more dishes to choose from would have been nice and hot tub. Would and will definitely book again.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend, home was lovely and right on the water. Best thing was it’s a one story home so didn’t have to worry about little kids and stairs. Host was very professional and communication was prompt and polite. Home was missing some stuff but host made sure to drop it off quickly and also helped with additional needs. The view was lovely and we loved the proximity to the waters! Some positives:-two refrigerators in the main house so plenty of room to store food, -poker table was nice for the fellas. -lovely view of lake of many angles. -HEB down the street (delivery avail) -kitchen fully stocked. -lots of tvs Great home if you need lots of beds and be right in the water for fishing plus boat and jet ski dock.

Beautiful property! Lots of room. The casita was perfect for additional space. The pool table, shuffle board, poker table, kayak and paddle board kept everyone entertained! Will definitely be back!

Great house!

Great house with plenty of open space inside. We loved the outdoor pool area! The lake really wasn’t super busy except for one of the days. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot for large family vacation

This house on the Llano River was the perfect getaway! The interior is spacious, comfortable, and spotless—great for relaxing and spending time together. Perfect getaway for Family

We were a group of 20 people with young kids. This house was huge and accommodated all of us well. The pool and the view were amazing. The property management team was prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this house

Outstanding home for a family gathering. The big open kitchen connected to the living room and play areas was really perfect for our special family week (Thanksgiving and 50th wedding anniversary). We loved the big back patio with the fire pit, grill, corn hole, pool, and view of the amazing sunset. We went kayaking on the lake and took family photos on the big lawn. All the rooms had comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen (three refrigerators is a real bonus). Plus there was plenty of parking for all of our family members traveling from around the state. Hosts were excellent at communication and accommodating our needs.

This home didn't disappoint. We come to LBJ every year with our entire family. This home had it all. Very large covered porch and great circle driveway. Would defiantly stay here again.

Family lake trip 2025

Our stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Property is as described. Very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Communication with property management was responsive. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely return to this house for future lake trips.

This property was absolutely amazing! Check in was super easy. Check in instructions with wifi and everything we needed to know was text to us. The kitchen was well stocked. The home had everything we needed and fit our group of 15 just perfectly! The patio was huge and enough seating for everybody. The infinity pool was so nice overlooking the beautiful lake! The pool table, shuffle board and poker table were a big hit as well. We loved openness of the house when we were all inside. We will definitely stay here again!
