We truly enjoyed our stay. We did not realize that the sand bar was a walk to get to, but we managed just fine. We want to make this an annual trip the same weekend each year. The property states it sleeps 12, but there is an additonal charge if there is more than 8 guests -- I don't really understand this and will research this further for next year. Jessica the host was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful house and sunsets. Adequate space for our group of 4 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs. The only drawback is the fine print. The rental is for the house only. The gravel bar that is so inviting is extra. Floating down river in your own tube to their pull out, is extra, parking at the pull out location is also extra. The system glitched- showing only 1 person staying-resulting in additional occupancy charges. All in all- Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful water and extra fees.
