Just 30 minutes from the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Very quiet, private, and very well equipped with many extras. Our residential community of La Puntilla is located in an exclusive gated 7 acre property of 19 homes, with 24 hour security. Beautiful grounds to enjoy and a walkable road to the highway and bus stop. Only a 10 minute beach walk to the Marina and shops. Private pool, shaded outdoor eating and sitting area with ceiling fans. 4 pool loungers and 4 extra stacking chairs for outdoor use.
The lovely walkable beach is just steps away, with swimming beaches a few minutes either left or right. The Marina is a ten minute walk where you can purchase fresh seafood everyday.. Dozens of restaurants and shops are just a little bit farther. The new El Faro lighthouse restaurant is a 1 minute walk. There is also a large grassed area between the house and the beach that is great for kids to play and run.

This vacation home has many extras. Very well equipped kitchen includes: Vita Mix, air fryer, Soda Stream, spices. plastic wrap, tin foil, food storage containers, Henckel knives. New fridge is hooked up to a reverse osmosis system for fabulous ice cubes and you will never run out of drinking water! It also has a large drawer freezer section. Lots of dishes, various glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, serving ware, and bakeware. There is also a brand new microwave/convection. Other appliances are Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, electric kettle, Magic Bullet, and electric juicer. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and separate air conditioning units. All beds have bamboo or cotton sheets, with mattress protectors and quality bedding. Each bed has comfortable mattresses and headboards.
In the living room there is a new custom entertainment unit has bar ware, books, games, & printer/scanner. Also contains the new 65 inch smart TV. We have 3 yoga mats, yoga blocks, free weights & leg weights. There are lots of books to choose from and games. Leather couch seats three and there are also two leather recliners.

Dining table seats 7 and there are 3 bar stools at the bar. Outdoor seating as well.
Other extras: Coleman cooler, small soft cooler, ice packs. For outside: Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella, four loungers with side tables, two large umbrellas, beautiful landscaping. Inflatables for the pool, some life jackets. Guests have access to cleaning supplies and washing machine. We spend our winters here, so our house is extremely well equipped and comfortable.
