Forget your worries in this cozy and serene space prepared just for you! This is the perfect home to enjoy your stay in NWA. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from significant locations such as: XNA airport, Pinnacle Hills Mall, Walmart AMP, Topgolf, Rogers Convention Center, I-49 and plenty of nice restaurants! You can enjoy a nice walk/bike ride in the famous Razorback Greenway Trail. The house is also in walking distance of Mt. Hebron Park, one of the most inclusive parks in the state.
Very comfortable couch and cozy living room so you can rest and watch your favorite shows. We have Netflix, Prime, and other entertainment apps. The master bedroom has a King size bed, fresh clean sheets and amazing pillows for a good night sleep. Private bathroom, shower and hot tub for a relaxing bath time. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s fully furnished for all you need. Third bedroom same as second, both bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with all cooking utinsels.

Everything we needed for comfort

Two mature women traveling to bentonville, to see the Crystal Bridges Museum. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable, home-like stay. Very clean, plenty of electrical outlets, comfortable temperature, etc. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown Bentonville and even an easy drive to Eureka Springs. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

We were here for a convention and mainly only used it to sleep and shower. The beds were comfy and we all slept great. It was a good location and a short distance to our events. I would stay here again.

My new favorite place!

We have stayed in NWA 15 times in the past few years and Cozy Casita is my favorite. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a fantastic fenced in yard for our pup to play. Our hosts were excellent in communicating with us. The house is equipped with everything we needed. We will be staying here again!

the home was clean, nice, but the day we paid in full we learned the stove was not working--it's Christmas, we were going to use the kitchen to help with prep for Christmas dinner for 13 people--this was a huge impact for us and had we known we may have changed to a different location

The stove top worked great , so you were able to cook anything and we had provided a temporary solution for your baking needs (an extra oven) I’m sorry if that didn’t work for you.
