Soaring Eagles can often be seen flying over the majestic mountains and crystal-clear lake. The trees provide the perfect perching spot for these magnificent birds. In addition to eagles, deer, and turkey are frequent visitors to the home’s grounds and can often be spotted grazing and roaming around.

House was gorgeous. Very spacious for a large family including 6 grandkids. Plenty at the house to keep everyone entertained at night. Minutes away from Bolton Landing. Spent day on pontoon. Another at great escape and hurricane harbor. Also went to Saratoga raceway. Plenty of shopping and dinner spots. It was one of our best vacations and we have been doing our family vacations for over 25 years. I highly recommend this house
The house and the view are beautful. When we originally booked this in 2024 it mentioned the theater. When we were there that room was locked and no longer available. But were had other things to fill our time so that was not a big deal. It was a very quick drive to bolton landing (5 minutes). It was a great house for a large group. We loved the firepit table in the screened in porch and the views from the family room.
House was beautiful but management was terrible. They lied about the indoor theater (which was listed in the title and photos) and padlocked it, falsely claiming it wasn’t a listed amenity. When they finally opened it on the last day, it didn’t even work. There were dead mice in the washer and dryer. The owners accused us of “breaking the rules” because we had six cars instead of four, but we had accurately disclosed the number of guests and ages, there was more than enough room for 6 cars, and we are aware of no rule limiting us to 4 cars. Management promised us a 20% discount for our troubles but never actually processed the final installment despite multiple follow ups. We will now be filing a credit card dispute, which is unfortunate. The house is nice but management isn’t worth the hassle — go elsewhere.

Regarding the theater, we apologize for any confusion. While the theater is listed as an amenity, we understand there was a misunderstanding about its availability during your stay. It was only made accessible on the last day, and we regret that it didn’t meet your expectations. However, we want to assure you that the theater has recently been upgraded with a new screen and is in full working order.
Regarding the car issue, we’d like to clarify that the concern came from a neighbor’s complaint, which led to the request for parking adjustments. Our policy does not limit the number of cars per se, but we do ask that guests park in designated areas to avoid any potential disturbances, especially in a shared neighborhood setting.
As for the cleanliness issue with the washer and dryer, we sincerely apologize for the dead mice you encountered. We conduct extermination services every 90 days, and we will ensure that our team inspects the property more thoroughly to prevent any recurrence.
Lastly, we regret that the 20% discount was not processed as promised. We understand your frustration and will be investigating this with our management team to ensure it is resolved.
