About this property
Boho Mountain Escape - Mountain Views/River Front/Hot Tub!
Located on a quiet, paved road in the heart of North Georgia wine country, Boho Mountain Escape has it all with both stunning mountain views and serene waterfront.
The primary bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed and its own bathroom.
The lower level features two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a living room and bathroom between (with a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room).
Be sure to take advantage of the spacious decks and hot tub during your stay!
Hike down to the waterfront for some fishing or swimming, as this property is right on the Chestatee River: there is a deep fishing hole just off the bank. The Chestatee is a Trophy Trout River, so bring your fishing gear and make some memories!

Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.
Property Notes:
- It is quite a hike down to the river. There are a series of switchbacks, totaling about 350 feet of trails and stairs. We think it's worth the journey, but it's not for the faint of heart, and you won't be able to bring a kayak or canoe down (tubing/swimming/fishing - no problem).
- The garage area is for laundry only and is not set up for guest parking.
- There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. No trailers, campers or RV's without approval.
- The woodstove is available for use but is difficult to get a fire started in, so use is not recommended.
- The basement is heated and cooled by a ductless unit in the living room. There is also an electric fireplace in the downstairs living area.
- There is a pullout couch in the living room downstairs for additional sleeping.
Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with criteria and pet fee. No more than two, trained dogs. Please keep your dog(s) secured in a crate when nobody is
home. Our pet fee is $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 pets.
• A $37 damage protection waiver is included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages if guests report damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at any local gas station or grocery store.
• We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.
