Oviedo mall is about 13 minutes walking distance, and in front you can find Milla de Oro a good place to enjoy with your family.

The apartament offers you a fresh and bright enviroment, you can enjoy comfortably with your family and guests in the living room while preparing a delicious BBQ in the balcony. The apartment features A/C in the living room and the master bedroom; 3 Smart TV's located in the living room and in a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, and a large 2 door refrigerator.
