Ocean Front Get Away on Topsail Island

From Memorial Day until Labor Day we rent SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

Come have a fabulous vacation at the beach in this nicely furnished, comfortable, well equipped, light and airy home. Watch the seagulls play and dolphins swim from the porch swing over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The home has central A/C, 4 cable TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer and drier, and enclosed outdoor shower. There are 3 queen beds, 1 double, 2 twins as well.

The perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay at Angela’s place. The location and space was perfect for my family( 3 adults, 2 kids) We could sit on the front porch day and night taking in the views and watch the kids play. My two Boston terriers were also spoiled by the porch as they were able to people watch themselves. Just all around a wonderful peaceful stay!! We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Wonderful long weekend

The location of this property is impeccable. My 70 year old parents loved it as well, they usually prefer the mountains but have decided they’re also beach people now. My 10 year old daughter was in heaven being able to take her dog on this trip with us, and having the beach as her yard for the weekend. This was the perfect trip for us.

We've stayed in fancier places, but we really liked the low key vibe of this place & the fact that we were RIGHT on the beach and there were no neighbors. either side.

Nice relaxing getaway

House was right on the beach , and easy access from the new deck straight to the beach. When we go to Surfcity for vacation or a weekend getaway I love this house it’s very close to a lot of nice restaurants so you never have to leave the island. I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a vacation place or anytime if you want to getaway. It’s well worth the money .

Location is Awesome!! The host took care of any problems we had. The furniture needs cleaned or replaced. Had some not so clean smells. We covered them with the comforters off of 1 of the beds. We didn't use the upstairs, alot of room for big family's.

Wonderful family home

This house had all we needed to celebrate a birthday weekend with 6 people plus a dog, age range 11 to 78. The porch right by the surf was fantastic! It also had porch gates all around. Kitchen was set up to cook all our meals. Great place.

We absolutely love our stay. The view was amazing. Spent most of our time on the beach or on their porch. Quick responce from the owner when I had a question. Would love to go back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience.. everything we needed for a great weekend at the beach . Great location and all the necessities needed for a relaxing weekend....literally right on the beach.. When we arrived. We where right on the beach. That was the greatest. Beach was not crowded at all the whole time we were there. Loved it. We will be back. Sun rise was the best. We had a great time.

Perfect location

Such a perfect spot on the beach! We were 9 adults plus our pups and there was plenty of room. All the comforts of home were here. We especially enjoyed the porch swing while watching the sunrise or just watching the ocean. Angela replied quickly to all my questions. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Exactly what we needed!

The home was exactly as described. If you are looking for new and fancy, this isn’t it. If you are looking for comfortable and right on the beach, you found it! And I mean right on the beach. This was exactly what we wanted and needed for our week at the beach!

I love to sit on the porch swing at this beach house and watch as the seagulls and dophins play. I often spending time here with my children and grandchildren building memories that will last for generations.

Mother passed away at the beginning of 2018 and I cannot bring myself to delete her description. This home has been in our family more than 40 years and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

This property provides me with much relaxation and relief from the stressors of every day life. There are beautiful sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean. Sand between my toes is just a few steps away.
