This home is incredible spacious with over 3,000sf of living space. The main level has an expansive 600sf living room that has beautiful lake views and enough seating to accommodate 12 guests comfortably. The kitchen will also have a dining area and between the peninsula and table seating, there will be enough space to accommodate 12 guests. There are also 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full bathrooms on the main level.

For those of you that are hot tub enthusiasts, we will have a hot tub on the spacious enclosed porch directly off of the living room for your enjoyment. Imagine sipping on a glass of wine while you’re enjoying the hot tub overlooking beautiful Skaneateles Lake!

The second level of this home has 3 guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite will have 2 queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The two additional guest bedrooms will both have queen beds.

The lakefront is truly impressive and boasts over 160ft of private level lake frontage. The fishing is amazing right off of the dock! We will also have 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a mooring buoy for your enjoyment!

**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .

**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
