Gorgeous 950 sf unit at Oceana Vallarta Boutique Residences! The perfect location, close to the beach, great restaurants and clubs in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. If you want to treat yourself, choose Oceana.
Although our building is in a prime and vibrant location, our 950 sf unit is located at the back of the building facing a peaceful and serene area with lots of vegetation. Our unit offers a stunning bedroom with private balcony, Smart TV with access to internet, walk-in closet with a safe, and a sumptuous en suite bathroom. The unit also features a second full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and cooking tools. The living area has a modern, comfortable KING-sized sofa bed, a smart TV with internet and high speed wifi for the entire unit and a wrap-around balcony.
Sun bathe on the amazing rooftop terrace with an infinity swimming pool, huge lounge area, an outstanding gym and spectacular ocean views. Guests have access to the entire rooftop terrace, BBQ area and gym. There is a concierge at the front desk to ensure 24 security for guests.
