As acomodações do imóvel são muito boas ,local bem localizado excelente limpeza conservação,a proprietária do imóvel senhorita Valéria sempre estava disposição a qualquer dúvida. Quanto a mercado ,padaria só sair do prédio que se encontra em frente ótima localização. Recomendo a quem quiser porque irei retornar novamente.

O apto é ótimo. Realmente como nas fotos. Adorei a localização. A proprietária sempre muito atenciosa e me passou total segurança logo de inicio esclarecendo as dúvidas que eu tinha antes de fechar. Apartamento estava tudo organizadinho, na portaria ao chegar o porteiro foi bem solícito já me indicando que eu poderia ficar a vontade para escolher a garagem, enfim não tenho nada para dizer a não ser que pena que tivemos que voltar embora.. rsrs Super indico e retornarei em outras oportunidades a Balneário Camboriú.

O imóvel é tal e qual demonstrado nas fotos e descrito pela locatária. A Valeria foi muito atenciosa e nos ligou para detalhar sobre localização. Quando chegamos fomos bem recebidos pelo porteiro do prédio e Valéria nos contatou para saber se estávamos bem instalados, muito simpática. Quanto ao imóvel é organizado, limpo, com móveis novos... Todo funcional, máquina de lavar excelente e varal. Televisores excelentes, sala bem confortável. O prédio tem saída para a praia. O apto possui cadeiras e guarda sol em ótimo estado de conservação... Pretendemos voltar em breve, ficamos satisfeitos com a forma prestativa que a proprietária nos contatou mesmo estando em outra cidade. Abraços!!!

Ficamos no apartamento durante o carnaval! tirando muuuuuita chuva .... foi ótimo! no que diz respeito ao apartamento , realmente, cumpre o prometido. O apartamento é excelente!!! Bem localizado e confortável. Tem tudo o que tem em minha casa. Não senti falta de nada. Ar condicionado, maquina de lavar roupas, forno de microondas... Tudo novo e em perfeito estado. O atendimento da Angela é perfeito. Muito simpática e atenciosa, tirou todas as nossas duvidas antes da viagem. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
