My visit to Curitiba

Having been to Brazil on mission trips, I had never gotten to see Curitiba. This was a good location for my friends and I to use as a base. The home was clean and accommodated the four of us very well. It was a very nice and comfortable stay. The one thing I would suggest would be a coffee pot to use (unless I missed locating it). I would stay here again if I returned to the city.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Leider riecht es im Treppenhaus immer sehr stark nach Küche, teils sehr unangenehm. Auch durch die geöffneten Fenster kommt immer wieder derselbe unangenehme Geruch. Personal sehr freundlich.

O apartamento é excelente, espaçoso, aconchegante e funcionando perfeitamente, a localização é perfeita, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e de farmácias, panificadoras e diversas lojas. A Cleonice é ótima, nos deixou muito à vontade. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e em uma próxima visita na cidade, se possível, ficaremos novamente no apartamento.

Apartamento perfeito para Temporada!!!

O imóvel é igualzinho das fotos. a Sra. Cleonice é uma ótima pessoa, responde nossos questionamentos e nos deixa super a vontade no imóvel. Quanto o imóvel, este é enorme comporta perfeitamente 11 pessoas ou até mais. É perto de vários pontos turísticos, podendo conhecer a pé, e os mais distantes é só pegar o UBER que é baratinho. Próximo ao apartamento, existe bancos, supermercados, farmácia, e uma variedades de restaurantes para todos os bolsos. Recomendo o apartamento e quando retornar a Curitiba, com certeza irei me hospedar nesse APT. Sra. Cleonice, só tenho que agradecer a colhida e a simpatia e confiança com que você me recebeu. Excelente apartamento, localização privilegiada, na área central. Equipado com tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estadia. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar a própria alimentação. Internet wi-fi, funcionando perfeitamente. Todos usaram praticamente ao mesmo tempo, sem problemas. A proprietária Cleonice muito atenciosa e solícita desde a reserva do apartamento até o final da locação. Recomendamos a todos que quiserem passar dias agradáveis nessa cidade maravilhosa que é Curitiba. Enfim, ótima estadia e pretendemos voltar com certeza!! Obrigada Cleonice por toda a sua atenção.

Hospedar-se neste apartamento foi uma ótima escolha! Viajamos em um grupo de 6 pessoas para lá e fomos muito bem recepcionados e atendidos pela proprietária, a Sra. Cleonice. O apartamento é bastante confortável e possui uma ótima localização, no centro de Curitiba, com muitos estabelecimentos bem próximos , como restaurantes, mercados, bares, farmácias, entre outros. O Apartamento é bem completo. Único inconveniente foi que ao chegar na cidade, fomos informados pela proprietária que, devido a uma pequena falta de controle dela, nossa casa tinha sido alugada para outra pessoa. Mas a proprietária rapidamente nos levou para esse apartamento que estava vazio. Ou seja, nossa intenção era ficar num bairro mais afastado do centro e com garagem. Mas devido ao imprevisto ficamos no apartamento no centro e com estacionamento privativo a alguns quarteirões do AP. Mas ficamos bem servidos durante nossa estadia.

O apartamento e bem ventilado, iluminado. Comporta um grupo grande . Com facilidade de locomocao, com tudo perto farmacia , bancos, shopping, restaurantes e fast foods,vale apena . Acomoda bem várias pessoas. As camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é amplo, tem cozinha, fogão, geladeira. A Cleonice e um doce de pessoa, muito atenciosa eos porteiros muito prestativos. Amplo e confortável

Tivemos uma grata surpresa quando chegamos no apartamento. Ele é amplo, bem mobiliado, limpo, arejado e silencioso. Gostamos da localização. É fácil para sair e se locomover para os diversos lugares.Há mercado, padaria, bares e outros comércios ao redor. O que não agradou um pouco foi a questão de ter excesso de mobília, bem para uma turma grande é o ideal. Tivemos um ótimo atendimento por parte da proprietária e do zelador, todos foram prestativos. Nós recomendamos!

O apartamento cabe muita gente e é muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os colchões são ótimos e tudo funciona muito bem. É tudo muito aconchegante. Muitas janelas. Vizinhança, prédio, localização, portaria... tudo excelente. Muito bem iluminado e ventilado. Adoramos o banheiro. A cozinha é bastante funcional e a louça e panelas atendem bem à quantidade de pessoas que o apartamento suporta. A Cleonice, dona do apartamento, é um doce de pessoa e muito cuidadosa e clara em todos os detalhes. Garantia de que você não terá problemas ou será mal alojado. Atenciosamente. Apartamento excelente, limpo, aconchegante, pertinho de tudo no centro de Curitiba. Acomoda bem várias pessoas. As camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é amplo, tem cozinha, fogão, geladeira...
