Design-obsessed house in ultra hip Central ATX. 3 bdrm house features a plunge pool & is minutes away from top restaurants, shopping & nature trails.
Inspired by modern art, bohemian motifs & antique one-of-a-kinds; homebodies & IGers will love it!
This 1,800 sq. foot, 1970s home has been recently renovated with all the modern luxuries. Guests will love the open layout coupled with a mix of clean and interesting design.
Whether you're here to enjoy a romantic couples getaway, or mix life up with a change of scenery, the house comes with all-you-need amenities and our favorite new feature, the plunge pool (note: not heated in winter / drained from Nov-March).
The single story house is an incredible place to call home, whether for a music-filled weekend, tech conference, or soccer game at the nearby stadium.
Appliances, desks, washer/dryer, fireplace and "cowboy pool" aka stocktank pool are just some of the perks.
Minutes away you'll find Austin's fave breweries and an open-air shopping center, The Domain, and a number of top foodie restaurants.
Upon entering the space you will see the office set up for two, our full kitchen and cozy living room.
In the kitchen, expect modern appliances, a Smeg coffee maker and toaster, and Texas inspired coffee grinds plus a kettle for tea. Also, top notch cookware to make a gourmet meal (grill is outback!).
In the living room, entertain a group with games (provided) or cuddle up for a movie on the comfiest deep sofa.
Lots of natural light will ensure a wide-open and relaxing feel when you're sipping your morning espresso or enjoying a nightcap.
In the primary suite, you'll appreciate the king mattress and attached private double bath (complete with duel rain shower heads). In the second bedroom, a moody green wall color and soft mattress will keep you relax and sleeping in if you desire. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed.
Both bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries, plenty of soft white towels and extra TP.
Guests will enter through the front door.
I will not be onsite, but will be available via text or phone call throughout your stay.
Gracywoods is a unique neighborhood conveniently tucked away in North Central Austin. Our boundaries are Walnut Creek on the north, Austin Park Lane on the east, Braker Lane on the south, and Metric to Gracy Farms to Burnet Road on the west.
Sure, a few messy yarded neighbors surround us but it keeps old Austin alive for us. They’re all fantastic humans. #keepaustinweird
We are minutes away from bustling Burnet Road, the Domain, IH-35 and Loop 1. Breweries, Austin FC Stadium and Walknut Creek Park are within walking distance.
We are located a short walk to a bus stop but guests typically prefer to travel by car in Austin.
If at any time you feel your stay dips below a 5-star experience, please get in touch with me immediately so I can remedy the situation.
I try my best to offer the best service possible, and even brand-new accessories occasionally present defects for which I cannot guaranty their proper functioning. Any problem with or failure of any accessory inside my property will be resolved as promptly as possible.
Check in is 3 PM and Check out is 11 AM.
I always try to solve any problem that is presented in favor of the comfort of my guests.
Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to $25/hr fee.

Pet Policy: Only allow 2 pets at a time for a flat $150 fee when booking. Please inquire if you plan to include more than 2 pets.
