The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels - please place all used towels in the tub downstairs prior to departure.
Bed Linens - please remove used sheets and pillow cases and place in hamper in laundry room prior to departure.
Trash - place all trash bags in the trash cans on the side of the house and secure lids. No loose trash in the outside trash cans unless it is lined with a trash bag.
Dishes - please hand wash any used dishes and place in rack or on counter with a towel underneath to catch water.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
