Clear Lake Getaways - ORV Friendly with Garage

This recently renovated house up north is the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy some outdoor adventure or just relax. The large backyard provides a nice firepit, so you can relax in comfort after an adventurous day outdoors. Guest can enjoy Clear Lake and ORV trails. Whether you're looking for an exciting outdoor retreat or simply want to take advantage of all that nature has to offer, this home offers something special for everyone!

This modern house is a 3 bed/1.5 bath with a 2 car attached garage that the guest have access to.

The bedrooms include 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Every bedroom has its own temperature control with a window A/C unit and thermostat for heat. For those guest that need fans, there is a box fan in every bedroom also. (Only the bedrooms have A/C units but with the doors open it keeps the rest of the home comfortable)

There is a large backyard with a fire pit and hammock (summer only) to relax in the evening. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the charcoal grill (guest will need to bring own charcoal) & picnic table.

The living room is equipped with a 65" TV however there is no cable, we recommended bringing your own streaming logins. In case of rainy days there is board games and card games provided and for those sunny days cornhole boards are provided.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics along with a coffee maker.

There is a washing machine and dryer.

Located only .5 miles from the Clear Lake Bar, party store, and Clear Lake. This is a pet free home.
