You will enjoy convenient access to the best eateries, wineries, and shops the Verde Valley has to offer while being able to swim in the semi private pool, BBQ, and cozy up to watch a movie or have a game night! We pride ourselves on providing our guests a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, and many other conveniences to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The best part? We want your stay to feel like a vacation, not a chore so we will handle all the check out clean up!

This place was perfect for a girls weekend! Decorated super cute and the views are breathtaking. We absolutely loved it. The only thing missing is a full length mirror. If you're the one staying in the master bedroom or one of the living areas bring a sleep eye mask as it's very bright in the morning.

The views are amazing. The house has a game room and heated pool it was very fun weekend! The down stairs has a bunk room, bathroom and living room which was perfect for the bridal party!

Great Location for Girls Getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at this VRBO! It had everything we could have needed for a great birthday celebration with girlfriends. We were close to everything and thoroughly enjoyed the view every morning w coffee! The house was lovely, well-appointed and had enough room to spread out, but cozy enough to feel right at home! Will definitely stay again with family or friends!

What an amazing home!! Even more beautiful than the pictures!! Super close to Old Town Cottonwood. Great for our group of 13 women celebrating a birthday! The beds in the rooms were comfortable. The pool area (which is shared with a casita on the property) is pristine! While the master bedroom windows have blinds, adding a blind to the door window would help block sunlight for better sleep and improve privacy as the nearby Merkin property has a direct view into the room. Additionally, check out instructions in the home would be helpful.

Cottonwood at it’s BEST!

The house is beautiful! The location couldn’t be better, walk to town. Pool was a perfect end to long day wine tasting and then you have the wrap around deck with comfortable seating and table for dining or game playing. Beds very comfortable and luxurious linens. House is good for couples, families or a group of girlfriends. Can’t wait to go back!!

Beyond Expectations

I'm not going to lie, the online pics were quite amazing but the real thing was ever better! It's unfortunately pretty rare these days where my expectations are surpasses and it was such a pleasant surprise my this whole experience! The house was amazing, super easy check-in and the communications with the owners were super fast and flexible. We'll definitely be renting again!

Our stay at this VRBO home was exceptional. The decor struck a perfect balance between beauty and comfort, making every room a delight. Each bed was a cloud of comfort, ensuring restful nights. The home's layout, with multiple indoor and outdoor lounging areas, including a gorgeous pool, offered space for every mood and activity. A gem of a find

We had a group of 12 old – I do mean old – high school friends from around the country. To share cotton wood in Sedona from this beautiful home was a wonderful experience. The home was pristine, and we especially enjoyed the outside table with the fire pit in the middle of it.There were games and a heated pool, which was a very nice touch. When we had questions or an issue, the owners responded immediately, even though it was a Saturday night.Highly recommend this for a family or a group of people that want to spend some time together and explore the historic area. Very convenient to have a winery across the street as well.
