Very centrally located cozy apartment. Building right across from wonderful seafront boulevard, 2 min walking distance to Old CIty. Around corner from the busiest street of Baku with many shops and cafes. Apartment is on 4th floor and there's an elevator in the building.

Modern apartment with all the amenities. 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. 2 balconies, one private, another shared with 3 other apartments. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults or 4 adults + 1 teen/kid. Can provide bed for infant/toddler, highchair and car seat..
Recently changed internet provided and its very fast now, ideal for remote work.
Other things to note
Arrivals outside the check-in hours should be discussed ahead of arrival. Do not forget to mention it.
For arrivals after 00:00, reservation should be made starting the day before, just like with hotel reservations.
Early check-in and late check-out are a subject of availability.
