Gullwing Resort 1002- A beachfront condo with amazing beach and bay views

Gullwing Beach Resort is going through some construction work on their building, so there will be potential noise while you are staying there. They are scraping off the old stucco on the building and resealing it, so there will be scaffolding around the areas that are being worked on. This is a result of Hurricane Ian and is necessary. After a nice day at the beach and pool you can relax at the wet bar and mix up your favorite drink and then head out to the balcony and watch an amazing sunset.
The chef in the family will love the fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. Just off the kitchen is the dining area that seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
After dinner, relax on the leather sectional and watch your favorite shows on the 62" smart TV, or head out to the balcony and listen to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo's spacious three bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed , 32 inch TV and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two separate granite vanities, a jetted tub, and a luxurious tile walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch TV and a sliding door that opens up to the balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a 62 inch TV and a door that goes out to the balcony. The second bathroom comes with a granite vanity and a walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head.
Other features include free Wi-Fi, Direct TV, washer/dryer, beach towels and all mattresses and bed pillows have allergy covers on them.
As a guest at Gullwing you can float around in the heated pool or go down to the beach, where you will find water sport rentals, cabana, umbrella/chair rentals for an additional charge.
