The apartment's unique location, right next to Sandy Beach Park while still in downtown Douglas, provides peaceful seclusion and yet is also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Enjoy private balcony views of Gastineau Channel and Mount Roberts or walk down the historic Treadwell Mine trail, which starts right next door, to nearby Sandy Beach. You can also walk to Douglas Island’s restaurants, bars, and Perseverance Theater. Downtown Juneau is nearby too - about a 5-minute drive away.
